Shipping and Return Policy
All original art and prints are shipped by USPS to customers in the United States within 7 days of ordering from my studio in California. Final delivery depends on the time provided by USPS ( usually 10-15 days). If you are located outside of the United States and wish to purchase artwork, please send an email directly to discuss your options.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been prepared and packaged for delivery. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it. If you still cannot find your tracking number, please get in touch with me.
You can pick up your order in the artist's studio in San Diego, California. The pick-up address is 2730 Historic Decatur Rd, Barracks 16, second floor. Orders are usually prepared within 2-3 working days, and you will receive an email once they are ready.
Contact me immediately if you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address. This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change before the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned and the additional shipping costs have been received, it will be re-shipped.
If the order with prints arrives damaged due to no fault of your own, please contact me for a replacement, including photos or video and a description of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Replacement will be provided at no additional charge once the request is verified.
When your original artwork is delivered in a damaged box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and call us immediately (858 366 5951). Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
Before purchasing a painting, you should measure your wall space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit. If you are unsatisfied with the purchase, I will fully refund you. Contact me and ship the painting back within 6 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify us after 6 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
For a full refund, a painting must be returned to the same condition you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
